Anyhow, for 2008, The BOOKMARK is making resolutions:

Resolution Number One. Get rid of overstock, and bring in some new books to read.

Okay, I have ordered several hundred (really!) new books, dozens of tropical gardening, decorating, home design, travel, natural history, conspiracy, economics, PLUS authors like Pahlaniuk, Pelecanos, Bruen, Vachss, Bryson, Hornby, Mo Hayder, Jose LaTour, Mannoch, Ben Reed… Gandt, Chabon, Murakami, Chang Rae Lee…you get the idea.

Now, to make some room, we are CLEANING HOUSE. The entire month of January, we will stack books on tables out front at 50% discount, and beginning on the 15th, we will increase the discount by 10 percent every five days UNTIL THEY ARE SOLD. We are serious…even my new storage room is filling up too fast, so come by and grab bargains, while they last. We will be adding books daily, so make several trips, add a library to your McMansion and enjoy.
